Activate a licence
Buy Pro and your licence key arrives by email within minutes of the Paddle receipt. Enter it — together with the email address you used at checkout — on the activation page or in the extension's settings. Activation only verifies the key with our licence server; no screenshot content is ever sent.
Lost your licence key?
Email support@shotpages.com from the address you used at checkout (or mention it in your message) and we will re-send the key.
Refunds
Every purchase has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Write to support@shotpages.com within 30 days of purchase and we arrange the refund through Paddle — no forms, no interrogation. Details in the terms of service.
Report a bug
Include your browser and version, what you clicked, what you expected instead, and any red error text from the extension's diagnostics panel. A screenshot of the problem helps a lot.
Privacy note: support mail goes to our inbox only — see the privacy policy. And please never paste licence keys into app-store reviews or public forums.
